The WILD Cheer Team

The North Crest “Wild” competitive cheer program is dedicated to developing athletes ages 5-18 in a positive, structured and high energy environment.
We proudly compete in the Open Recreational Division under Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) guidelines and utilize the United Scoring System to ensure fair, consistent and nationally recognized judging standards.
All of our coaches are certified through USA Cheer, and background and safe sport certified through USAG, reflecting our commitment to athlete safety, proper skill progression and professional instruction. Our program emphasizes teamwork, discipline, confidence and sportsmanship while helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the mat.
We offer teams across multiple age divisions, creating opportunities for athletes of all experience levels to grow, compete and succeed in a supportive and motivating environment.
2025-2026 was the first year, after a several year hiatus, that North Crest has had a competitive Cheer team. We are proud to announce that our “Coyotes” were awarded 1st place in their division and the “Otters” were awarded 2nd place in their division at the MCCA state competition. We are very proud of these teams and their accomplishments, especially as new teams!

-Perform both for judges on May 17th
-Participate in open stunting sessions, where coaches will evaluate: Stunting ability, Coach-ability, Teamwork and attitude.
