Stretch in new ways… gentle yet powerful!

Inner yoga practice is used to reach a new awareness of your physical body and the energy that flows through it. We use visualization and breathwork to connect to the aspects of ourselves not normally reached in our daily lives. Strength building appropriate to your own level. Each student is encouraged to listen to and feel what the body is telling you it needs. This is not power yoga. It is an inner experience that transforms your body slowly and with patience.  We ask our body to “smile” all the way through class. Enjoy this uplifting and effective experience that will carry over into everything you do. 

No experience necessary. New students are encouraged to be easy on themselves as they open up to new healing methods for moving their bodies.

Mondays (Evenings)

7:15pm – 8:00pm Offered in-house and via Zoom! (provide your email to receive zoom link 15min prior to class)

Fridays (Mornings)

7:15am – 8:00am Offered ONLY via Zoom! (provide your email to receive zoom link 15min prior to class)

1 Day/ per week – Paid Monthly: $24

2 Days/ per week – Paid Monthly: $40
